Breakouts From Stress

Stress can indeed make acne worse  and cause more breakouts to occur. It is important to take care of yourself and be aware when you getting stressed out so you can take the proper steps to remain calm and protect your skin against acne.
Follow these steps and you will definitely be better at avoiding acne breakouts:
  • Clean Your Face - As always, clean your face every morning and night, follow with a toner, and an oil-free moisturizer. A clean, hydrated face fights bacteria and germs from collecting on and in your skin.
  • Beauty Sleep - Get good sleep every night! Your skin restores itself at night, so it is better to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Your skin, body, and mind will all feel better.
  • Drink Plenty of Water - Drink plenty of water in general, this is very important when you are feeling stressed out. Avoid caffeine because it is known to make you more jittery, hyper, and obviously won't help you to sleep at night.
Take care of yourself. Stress is temporary but your skin is forever. Try not to stress out too much, and your skin will look great because of this. So, STRESS NO MORE!!!
